Breeding plan 11/2018 video 04:34'',2018

This is a long-term feeding program, I will look for places where city pigeons often appear to feed the pigeons. Inadvertently saw some reports, many countries have taken some measures to control the number of pigeons in the city, such as feeding some contraceptives to control the breeding of pigeons.

I regard the pigeon as an independent individual like a human being. In the video's title, I left the process of cutting food for a long time. This is a very everyday scene just like parents cooking for their children. However, in this work, this is another difficult situation to explain. This behavior is seen as a purposeful act (for the benefit of the pigeons being able to eat better for reproduction), just as each policy has its purpose. I did some research, and some surveys show that onions and garlic can increase the body's resistance and promote reproduction. My behavior is like my own strength to fight against the government's restrictions on pigeon breeding.

There is a slogan at the beginning of this work. “It is time to get the second one”. This slogan also reflects China’s current family planning policy. China realizes that the demographic dividend has been slowly reduced, and it is facing an increasingly expensive workforce. Family planning, which has been in operation for more than 20 years, it has suddenly been released. The government encourages each family to have a second child. The policy changes are not controlled by the people. The people are passive recipients, just like the pigeons in the city.

There was a sound at the end of the film. All the pigeons completely abandoned the food and fled. The sound came from the scream of the eagle that the man imitated, and the eagle was the natural enemy of the pigeon. It is a metaphor for people's sensitivity to policy changes and panic in their hearts.

This is a map of London, I am looking for some places where pigeons gather, and the red coordinates indicate that the location has been completed. White fonts represent unfinished locations.
